AMMX is a token created as the result of collaboration between Ladder Protocol, an NFT and AMM trading protocol, and BitSwap, a cross-chain trading platform for the Bitcoin ecosystem. BitSwap, which is the first cross-chain swap in the Bitcoin ecosystem, supports the trading of BRC20 assets across different blockchains.

The token will function as an ecosystem token for both BitSwap and Ladder Protocol. These two protocols plan to use 50% of their fee revenue to buy back AMMX tokens. The token is part of the broader Bitcoin ecosystem and its development signifies the integration of more features in the ecosystem.
BitSwap and Ladder Protocol are part of a larger ecosystem that includes the Bitcoin application chain Bounce Bit, the Bitcoin one-stop DeFi application portal Bounce Box, and the Bitcoin ecosystem asset auction platform Bounce Auction. The platform has already seen successful token issuances such as MUBI, a Bitcoin cross-chain bridge, and BSSB, a Bitcoin-based cross-chain stablecoin protocol.
This project represents the growing synergy between various components within the Bitcoin ecosystem, pushing the boundaries of its functions and capabilities.
